So…you’re pregnant. Congrats! Our very own editor, Trish is expecting and I couldn’t be more happy for her! So excited, in fact, that I’ve decided to throw on an event highlighting great products for expectant moms. We’ve never done that before here at Parental Views and we are honored to help you through your pregnancy.

The first thing that comes to mind when I think of pregnancy is nausea. When I was pregnant with Baby C I had all day sickness. Morning sickness- what is that? For me it was all. day. long. Trish swears by Preggie Pop Drops. The all-natural, Dr. created way to help ease a queasy tummy.

About Preggie Pops:

Believe it or not, “Preggie Pops” & “Queasy Pops” were conceived and developed by health care professionals! In our line of work, we are daily witnesses to how debilitating nausea can be. We also came to realize that not every nausea remedy works for every person or situation, and that many people would prefer not to take a prescription if they can avoid it. We found that a lot of our patients wanted something “natural”.

With all that in mind, we did some research into natural pharmacologic agents, reading through the available literature (both scientific and non-scientific), talking to numerous other health care professionals from a number of disciplines, and most importantly, talking directly to nausea sufferers. Many patients were willing to share their favorite home remedies, and through time and research, we were able to determine which ones really work. We discovered which herbs are truly helpful, and developed flavors that would be appealing to anyone with a queasy stomach.

For you expectant Mommas, you have the choice of Preggie Pops or Preggie Pop Drops. Now, for me, I think the drops would probably be best as I am not a fan of walking around with a stick hanging out of my mouth. I used the drops when I was pregnant with Baby C and not only did it help with an upset stomach, but they actually taste good, too. I remember worrying “all-natural, oh boy” as home remedies aren’t usually tasty.

The Preggie Pops and Preggie Pop Drops come in seven different flavors: Peppermint, Spearmint, Lavender, Ginger, Sour Lemon, Sour Tangerine & Sour Raspberry.

Now, Trish and I won’t say that Preggie Pop Drops are a miracle cure and you are automatically better, but they do help and they just may be the determining factor between whether you barf or not. ;-) I still ate my share of crackers and soup when I was pregnant with Baby C, but keeping some Preggie Pop Drops in my purse was always wise for me.

I purchased my Preggie Pop Drops from Motherhood Maternity when I was pregnant, but they are also available at the following retailers:

  • Mimi Maternity
  • Babies R’ Us
  • A Pea in the Pod
  • and others

The fine folks over at Three Lollies (creators of Preggie Pops and Preggie Pop Drops) want to help make your pregnancy a little easier. They are offering three of our readers the chance to receive samples of their products!
